Valentina began her career more than 15 years ago in Publicis, later joining BBDO.

Today she is Creative Director of FCB Partners, part of FCB’s award-winning global creative network.

Graduated in Communication and with a Master in Copywriting, she has always been passionate about advertising and gender issues.

She is a teacher at the Milan Academy of Communication and Italian Art Directors’s board member. She also co-founded SheSays Milano, a network of women in the creative industry.
