Tiziana Primori has been Eataly World‘s CEO for seven years following the entire conception and management of FICO (Fabbrica Italiana Contadina), the largest agri-food park in the world representing the excellence of Made in Italy’s products. FICO debuted on November  15, 2017 in Bologna.

In May 2015, Tiziana Primori was named “Women CEO of the Year” by Le Tecnovisionarie International Award’s jury, a prize rewarding  women who help bring sustainable innovation to society within the framework of Expo Women Global Forum.

Her professional background includes numerous roles in prestigious companies and in consulting positions. She has been President of Coop Sicilia and President of Distribuzione Roma Srl. She has held both positions for two terms. In addition, she has been a member of HERA’s BoD for a mandate.

Tiziana Primori is currently a member of FICO Foundation, Eataly and Giangiacomo Feltrinelli Foundation‘s BoDs. From 1982 to 1986 she worked in a large cooperative distribution’s logistics center. She worked in logistics and production at Iveco (Fiat Group) until 1990 and then moved on to Consultancy as Chief Executive Officer at Smaer, a company specialized in organizational innovation and change management. In 1996 she joined Coop Adriatica holding various positions such as Human Resources and Information Systems Director and Sales and Organization Director.

As FICO’s CEO, Tiziana is committed to bringing Made in Italy’s products to the world, especially in countries such as the United States, China, UK, France, Germany and Russia. She aims to raise awareness among future generations of Italians on the beauty of their own country, a place they should always be proud of.

She is a member of Nilde Iotti Foundation’s scientific committee – a foundation dedicated to improving women leadership – and a member of Valore Donna’s scientific committee – an association founded by a group of big companies’ top managers that aims to help companies in developing growth paths for their female talents and to support women on their way to leadership positions.
