Born in 1999, Sofia has won 4 Italian youth titles in multiple tests and has represented Italy several times in youth competitions.

Sofia is one of the Italian rising stars of heptatlon – an extremely tough sport that is becoming more and more important in Europe, while Italy still considers it a niche sport.

She is studying “Communication for media companies and advertising”, following her natural disposition for communication, as her social media profiles show. She loves cooking and trying healthy recipes.
