Martina Rogato holds a Bachelor degree in International Relations from LUISS University and a Master in Green Management, Energy and Corporate Social Responsibility from Bocconi University.

She began her career with several research experiences on sustainability for LUISS’ Department of Legal Sciences and for Bocconi’s Golden for sustainability. She also carried out a research project at the European Commission in Brussels on the same topic.

She has worked as a consultant supporting companies throughout CSR, sustainability and diversity projects since 2012. She writes about sustainability and diversity  for specialized magazines while also teaching sustainability and reporting  as a lecturer for LUMSA and for Sole 24 Ore Business School.

With ten years of experience as an Amnesty International activist, she has intervened as an expert in Corporate Accountability on numerous public occasions such as Expo Milano 2015 and the Human Rights Festival.

She is Co-Founder of Human Rights International Corner and also Co-Founder of Young Women Network, the only Italian organization  dedicated to young women’s empowerment.

Since 2020 she is Sherpa and Spokesperson at W20 Italy, G20’s Italian engagement group on gender equality.

In 2019 she was nominated by Startup Italia as one of the 1000 women who are changing Italy. In 2020 Pope Francis included her among the list of change-makers who are redesigning a new sustainable economy.
