Fiorella is a communications professional with over 25 years of experience, most of which spent at Edelman – the largest independent integrated communications company – covering global, regional and local roles in business, talent development and learning.
Over the years Fiorella has faced and solved business challenges in a wide array of sectors, creating communication strategies aimed at building trust, consolidating reputation, retaining consumers and involving all stakeholders in respect of a highly differentiated clientele.
As a member of Edelman’s Global Strategy Committee and EMEA Leadership Team, Fiorella leads the evolution of a new communication model that helps clients create direct relationships with consumers, in which creativity – guided by data, insight and technology – is the key to solving business problems. An “earned at the core and social by design” approach: simple and original ideas for empathic, transparent and action-centered communication.
In 2018 she received the “Manager Italia Excellence Award” and was recognized as “Communication Manager of the Year”. In 2020 she is selected, along with 28 other leading women worldwide, for the International Women’s Forum “Fellows Program”, an intensive leadership development program through a prestigious training course – from Harvard Business School to INSEAD Business School.
Fiorella is a member of the Council for Relations between Italy and the United States and an adjunct professor at the Lumsa University of Rome.
